We endeavour to send out all orders within 5 working days subject to confirmation of payment and stock availability. You will be notified by email upon dispatch of your order. We will also email you if for any reason there is a delay to your order.
For standard deliveries we use UK Mail, which requires a signature of a person over the age of 18. Where an item is large, heavy or fragile we may instead use a reputable courier for the delivery of your order.
We are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes for security reasons. If you are not in at the time of your delivery a notification card will be left. Please arrange either a redelivery or collection. Simply Living Ltd is not responsible should a notification card not be left or you fail to arrange redelivery or collection of your item. As deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm, it may be more convenient for you to give a work address.
Standard delivery to UK Mainland: £5.95, excluding furniture.

Zone A: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands: £26.00
Zone B: Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden: £29.50
Zone C: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Italy (Sardinia/Sicily), Latvia: £36.00
Zone D: Cyprus, Lithuania, Malta, Romania: £52.00
For any other, non-European, countries please do get in touch for a quote.
Standard delivery to the above zones is based on standard parcel size; we reserve the right to provide a different delivery quote should the order require multiple boxes due to weight issues of the contents.

We understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind about an item. If returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and condition, we will be glad to offer a full refund or exchange. We recommend returning your parcel by insured registered delivery, although we regret that we are only able to reimburse the cost of posting if the item is damaged or faulty.
You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch. After this time you will need to refer to our returns policy.
