We have recently added lots of new Greengate items; you will find them under quilts, tea towels, aprons, melamine, and there is even a gorgeous floral sleeping bag....it is all colourful, bright and fun - the perfect antidote to this long and cold winter!

 

Also, we have just added Blue Hen to our Emma Bridgewater range. This delightful pattern has been reissued for Easter 2010 for a limited time only, and is worth having a look at!

Delivery

We endeavour to send out all orders within 7 working days subject to confirmation of payment and stock availability. You will be notified by email upon dispatch of your order. We will also email you if for any reason there is a delay to your order.

For standard deliveries we use Royal mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, which requires a signature of a person over the age of 18. Where an item is large, heavy or fragile we may instead use a reputable courier for the delivery of your order.

We are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes for security reasons. If you are not in at the time of your delivery a notification card will be left. Please arrange either a redelivery or collection. Simply Living Ltd is not responsible should a notification card not be left or you fail to arrange redelivery or collection of your item. As deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm, it may be more convenient for you to give a work address.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery to UK Mainland: £5.95, excluding furniture.

Our delivery costs to a number of European countries are as follows:

Zone A: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: £21.00
Zone B: Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: £24.50
Zone C: Switzerland, Norway: £71.75 (this includes a £35 customs charge)

Similarly, for international destinations other than the ones mentioned above, please contact us for a quote.

Returns

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, in the event that it does not, please notify us immediately by phone on 01206 367333, or by email at sales@simply-living.co.uk.

Please return the goods to us by insured registered post in their original packaging to:

We will of course reimburse your postage costs. We understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind about an item. If returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and condition, we will be glad to offer a full refund or exchange.

We recommend returning your parcel by insured registered delivery, although we regret that we are only unable to reimburse the cost of posting if the item is damaged or faulty.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch. After this time you will need to refer to our returns policy.
